Rebalances Another Story's characters from the patch!

This mod does 2 things:

1: REBALANCE
Undoes the newest patch's INSANE attack increase, but still buffs Amy Knuckles and Tails to be stronger than base update 3. (The new patch introduced a new parameter that manually sets attack values of some attacks really high. This removes that parameter, bringing it to how it was in base update 3.  Afterwards, the characters were buffed, but not as strong as the patch.)

2: LEGACY CHARACTERS
This is an option you can choose in the config file of the mod. This restores the characters to how they were in base update 3. (Since there isn't a playercommon converter for the new characters yet (only for Sonic), that means I had to manually edit the characters to be how they were in base update 3. Therefore, it's possible I made some errors, but this is still very close.)

This mod doesn't drastically change the character's combat (I already did that with my CYBER COMBAT mod), it just changes some values to make them stronger than base update 3, but weaker than the insanely overpowered new patch.

This mod does NOT affect Sonic.
