In the base game, around the point you do the second to last hacking minigame/get the penultimate Chaos Emerald, the islands theme changes to the Starfall Island theme. Which, I find specially jarring, since that Theme is used in Kronos. Just replace the Starfall Islands theme with the Ourannos Remix from the Final Horizon

In order to receive the points bounty, you should fulfil the following requirements.

1. Replace the Starfall island that plays as the second movement of Ourannos with it's remix from The Final Horizon
