Mod Loader affecting the game with nothing loaded

Ive tested this but even if i had no mods checked on Hedgemodmanager whenever I would exit a cyberspace stage in the Updated Ouranos Island the game crashes. Doesn't matter if mods or codes are checked or not. This didn't happen a day or two ago when it worked fine.
