Master Koco Tower/Character Swap on Every Island

Can someone with the skills to do so place the Master Koco tower on every island so we have the ability to play as Tails, Knuckles, and Amy on Kronos, Ares, Chaos, and Rhea?

Actually, you could probably just put the Master Koco itself into every island and avoid using the entire tower. As long as the inputs to speak to Master Koco work properly on every island, it should work.
