Sonic Frontiers is lagging when launching.

Now, I'll say first off, that even though my computer is low end, it doesn't *usually* struggle to run Sonic Frontiers. (times it doesn't is usually due to mods.) But when I launch the game the logos, and even title screen are very slow, and laggy to navigate. Not colors ultimate lag either, like, LOW FRAMES lag. I've uninstalled the mod loader. Verified file integrity. And it's still struggling whenever I launch the game, can someone fix/tell me how to fix this?
