ALL My Sonic Mods Were Deleted!!!

HELP

Hedge mod Manager deleted ALL my Mods, I had over 150. Some were custom made and in testing. The only thing that happened was I went to play Sonic Generations. I loaded up my mods there, and the mod manager crashed. When I decided to go back to Sonic Frontiers, I had NO mods. I've lost nearly a year of progress on everything I've made!
