Beard Fix for Casual

This bug has existed for too long!
TF2 has a bug that applies the unanimated beards from the character preview to the entire game. This causes beards to not move with player characters' mouths if they have the character preview enabled in their HUD. This is a request to make beards once again move with the mercenaries' mouths.
Requirements
In order to receive the points bounty, you should fulfil the following requirements.
- Beards must move with mouths
- Must be compatible with casual mode
