how to make texture reskins casual compatible?

I made a request for everik's grordbot pack to be made casual compatible a few days ago and nobody has even commented on it :,> so i wanted to do it myself if nobody was going to do it. How would I go abt making it casual compatible? if anyone wants to make this texture mod casual compatible themselves then thats fine also but i doubt anyone actually wants to do it so im asking how i can do it
