-Corrected typo in fullmoon VMTs causing it to load the desaturated version incorrectly. Ill try more adjustments to the full moon to fix it being stretched even further still at another date

Improvementflipped the art around so the moon itself can be seen easily, and tried to fix the widescreen version being stretched a bit too far, also includes the pre-load desaturated versions and 4:3 version.
Blast to the past, with some fixes and additions.
After about 2 days of work with a lot of trial and error, its the classic drawn menu art from the older days of TF2, cleaned up DXT compression from the sources, with some cool additions.
When first loading into the game, the backround will be a desaturated version of the menu art, then it will switch to a colored version when the menu loads, this is due to a quirk of how TF2s menu loads custom menu backrounds otherwise this would be normally impossible.
There also was a attempt to fill in the blanks as TF2 switched from hand drawn art to SFM shots as more things like events were shown on the menu, so i also made custom ones such as full moon and smissmiss, using bits from Valves PSD files to make them look more authentic, not perfect but they get the job done.
