Added more of the cm_admin_round_start_** and cm_admin_compbeginsstart**_** lines that where missing. Really? Why does casual use comp mode voice lines for the announcer? I guess they just want to screw with me...

Didn't get enough of Futaba back in Persona 5 Royal? Look no further! This is the mod that replaces the announcer with Futaba from Persona 5, it DOES NOT include MVM voice lines nor voice lines for special game modes and it doesn't work in maps with custom announcers because of the sound files.
