Can't figure out how to get the labels working for the new buttons on the toolbar, but they work and look pretty clean IMO. More features coming soon

RemovalRemoved the 2012-styled bottom bar. It has been replaced with Live TF2's settings bar. This removes the need to hard-code the English buttons and it brings back the replay menu all while looking a bit cleaner.

TweakSlightly shifted over the Quit button to be in-line with the rest of the buttons

Who needs the competitive button anyway?

An edit of CblPBoPTy's 2012 main menu with a variety of changes to make things streamlined.

• "Create" menu removed to make space for the friends list
• Removed the Training option from the main menu
• Friends list moved to the left so that the portrait is no longer obscured
• Party chat dropdown is now inside of the friends list
• Removed the "NEW!" label from the store, nothing there is """"NEW!"""" they just never get rid of the label
• Re-added the Jungle Inferno-era settings bar with extra buttons for common features

There may be bugs. I've had absolutely zero prior experience with this stuff before this project, I just mash values into .res files for hours until everything works. All credit to CblPBoPTy for his work.

Known bug: The MvM "Mission Complete!" screen is broken

NOTE: delete "valve.rc" in the cfg folder for this mod if you're using Modern Casual Preloader
