How can I fix these hashes?

Fixing Hashes etc.

I know some skins/mods/etc bug out whenever theres an update that the devs had to change hashes and what not and I'd like to try fixing these problems on my own, The screenshot below is a mod for freminet and I tried fixing the hashes according to a post regarding the 4.3 fix where you copy the hash and replace the IB, head, dress, etc. It fixed the issue but they often would appear like this when looking at a certain angle, any idea or tip or way I can fix this?
