Can we remove new underwater censorship?

Hello, the new censorship that is applied underwater in fontaine causes me headache and nausea, i am intolerant to "vaseline"-type effects in games, and well, in reality too. As such this new crap not only insults me as a person, it also hurts me physically. Since mihoyo is about 0% certain to accomodate people like me, can i mod this crap out? This would be greatly appreciated, since before this shit, underwater areas were my absolute favourite... and now i simply can't play them
