To switch between skin options:

For Next Unit Skin press [ALT] + [Right Arrow]
For Previous Unit Skin press [ALT] + [Left Arrow]
Hotkeys can be changed easily, please view README files for instructions.

Merge can be easily adjusted too. Mod comes with sp_merge_unit_skins.py script, that is slightly improved version of Silent's skin merge script, with more verbose error reporting and few minor additions. Feel free to use it for other merges! And yes, you can find more details in README!
