Estonia in Spring!

Hello friends! this is my new Estonian Spring Barbara mod!

As stated in the second image this is modified from Seele's Estonia in Spring outfit from HI3rd! I did change a lot of it but yknow xD it is what it is. I tried my best but honestly this was a mod I originally did a WIP for back in March so I only decided to release it cause I found it in my folders completed but forgotten. Enjoy!
