Metrocop Voice Consistency Fix

in half-life 2 there's some leftover beta metrocop sounds that're still used, most people know the "take him down" line but the death and pain sounds are from the beta too. using the raw unfiltered versions of these lines found in the hl2 beta i filtered them using Dr_Al_'s hl2 metrocop filter to make them consistent with the other retail metrocop's voicelines (unfortunately i cant find the raw ones for barney's masked lines so they're still the same as they are)

fun fact, there is no unfiltered pain4.wav file in the beta, there is however pointer01.wav which isnt a pain sound but somehow that got renamed to pain4.wav when it got filtered. if you click this link it'll show a comparison i posted on my hl tumblr blog.

i tried using pointer01.wav too but with the new filter its very obvious that it isnt a pain sound so i used knockout1.wav which isnt used in retail as a replacement for pain4.wav

one last thing, at the end of the death sound after the flatline you can hear a bit of the sound used when the radio turns off, ive changed that part to use the retail radio off sound.
