A Combine City Scanner, but a Personality Core!

Why hello there!
Thank you for clicking on my mod!

This mod changes the City Scanner into a fully reanimated core from Portal 2, and adds a few new voicelines!
(I suggest checking the files, I hid a secret one in there)

This took me at least a few hours to make, which honestly surprised me seeing how much I needed to change, but I hope you all enjoy it!
