got around to finally finishing the metrocop fix addon i made a few months ago

changes:

fixed pants being strangely saturated

fixed gloves

restored lights (they glow in the dark!)

restored shoe soles (this time it isn't the alt)

lights go off after they die

and finally restored shoe front/laces
