WIP | This update includes optimization to compress materials further for maximum effectiveness & packing into VPK archives for easier transport

Two more models were added to my collection (an addition).

All 91 vehicles featured in the game have been completely replaced.

All textures have now been compressed using DXT5 compression format, which should help improve performance.

This mod was archived with VPK files for optimal performance.

Please redownload the pack or, alternatively, download and replace all VMT files found within Half Life 2 Remade Assets' Materials/ModelsHalf Life Remade Assets Props Combine folder by placing them back onto your computer.

Description:

A compilation of Half-Life 2 Remade Assets converted for use with Source 1 engine, replacing originals found within the game.

Overall, 91 models within the game have been completely updated!

Not every model in screenshots is included in the collection; however, you may still get many from those images by downloading Half-Life: Alyx Assets in Half-Life 2.

Half-Life 2: Remade Assets is an ongoing community driven project to recreate any missing Half-Life 2 assets for Half-Life: Alyx.

Extract all VPK. files in this archive into your Half-Life 2 custom folder (...hl2customHalf_Life_2_Remade_Assets_dir.vpk).

Assemble Assets using our custom file.

Launch new game or chapter.
