As soon as I saw a video depicting how Black Mesa Incident would appear in news headlines (via credits), my creative juices began flowing freely and this project came to be.

Basicaly, old VHS tape is being played back from this news report that's getting interrupted by Breen's speeches - similar to post credits Portal Stories: Mel scenes or Cyberpunk 2077 loading screens
