Please port Toad from Mario Kart Wii into CTGP-7

I need the full model with face animations from MKWii as well. No voicelines necessary - simply port and make it look as though Nintendo used Toad from MKWI for MarioKart7 without it crashing the server! MUST WORK ON CTGP-7 WITH NO CrashES!!!

Requirements

To qualify for the points bounty, please comply with these specifications.

1. Has to look good, use the WHOLE model i linked and must include face animations from Mario Kart Wii with no broken animations - like Nintendo didn't create Mario Kart 7 Toad's model but used instead Mario Kart Wii Toad model instead of Mario Kart 7's Toad model as its source material.
2. Again, they must utilize Toad from Mario Kart Wii with face animations from that game as well as all his parts until its impossible.
3. CTGP-7 Must Work Properly Without Crash
4. I would appreciate receiving an LOD model of your CPU as well.
5. Though unlikely, this feature can still be optionally implemented - perhaps by importing some Toad animations from Mario Kart Wii that would make him stand out even further! If that happens though it would certainly make the game better!
