Nigguang, Fischl and Mona mods not working

Why don't my Nigguang mods show up when refreshing my game? All have been downloaded and extracted into my mods folder but when refreshing nothing appears. Additionally, all fischl and mona mods I tried have broken or don't work anymore - any fixes I can apply? Also have done the 4.1 genshin mod update already.
