Compatible with all version mods

This useful little tool converts all your mods to be compatible with 4.0.

Works on all versions. Just copy genshin_revert_mods_40 and its hashes40 folder into your mods directory and double click genshin_revert_mods_40 to run it.

I provided both executable and Python-required.py versions to meet different users needs; an executable version being for novices while Python requires advanced users.

Technical Stuff:
Please keep in mind that by forcing all hashes to match those of 4.0 you may experience some issues when dealing with mods that require something other than just hash changes; please report those on this page so they can be resolved swiftly.

Merged mods have now been properly resolved.

If this was done without intention, to update them back to 4.4, run both fixes 4.1 fix then 4.4 fix in order to "re-update". This should take your mods from 4.0->4.1 using 4.1 fix then onto 4.4 using both fixes which include the 4.3 fix as part of their update process.
