Who needs multiple vials of juice when an entire bottle of ketchup will do just as nicely?
Can be used for healing or playing dead to fool unsuspecting guards with IBS. Does not fool Combine.
Replaces the Health Vial from MGS1 with Otacon's Ketchup Bottle from MGS1.
