Given you are here, here is a tutorial for creating an eye-catching notebook counter!

Launch Dnspy or something similar and open Assembly-CSharp.dll in Notepad++ (I don't remember which ). 2.
Navigating directly to GameControllerScript when you locate it
Once in GameControllerScript, search for "UpdateNotebookCount."
Edit "UpdateNotebookCount" in Microsoft Access/Vista/7 to update notebook count.
Within curly brackets on either story mode or endless mode code, add "this.notebookCount.text = this.notebooks.ToSpring() + 7 Notebooks".
Type in "this.NotebookCount.color = Color.anycolor".
That is it :), just save everything and that should do the trick!
