Mod Problem, Genshin

Basically i tried 2 diffrent Mods for the First time
The First one for Lynette just show´s her Face and that´s it basically she is invisible beside her Face
the second one for Mona, it Kinda changes a Bit stuff but it´s more like a Broken thing i guess ?

I run Migato as an Admin and pressing F10 doesn´t Help
It seems to me no Mods work for me, maybe i did something wrong ?
