Early Test Build Tweaks

It's not as cool as it sounds, trust me.
(Doesn't work with Pizza Oven I shouldn't even have to say this)
(Patching not required as this build was publicly released by McPig himself so this wouldn't count as piracy in any way. This includes the whole thing.)

This is just a tweaked version of Early Test Build. Some music/jingles have been altered, such as level tracks coming from SAGE (as to keep the old demo feel without seeming out of place), and the rank screen music being switched out for a track from Pizza Tower. The bonus rooms also use the unused "Tower Bonus" track instead of "Meatophobia".

Some level design tweaks for the main level, including enemies that went unused in this build (be careful when these enemies are near other ones, I had to alter some placements after finding out they crash when touching other enemies).

Sprite tweaks. Sausage Toppin is brown and Peppino uses his updated idle animation from Demo 1.

Disclaimer screen is now a level select. Press different buttons to go to unused areas! (Disclaimer: I have barely changed these. They're broken as hell but I want to keep them how they already were.)

That's it. Some other minuscule things but nothing crazy. If there was anything obvious I should've added or tweaked: I literally already tried and it didn't work :) trust me, i tried to map running to shift. and i tried to increase the base jump height.
