AdjustmentThe Hell Toggle PC now uses the gameplay Up Key input to enter it, which should make it work better for those who've changed some Up bindings.

BugfixTricky Treat's lap ranks now properly visualize Noise's lap ranks.

Okay, NOW we should be done with updates for a bit.

The PC issue seemed to be bothering a good amount of people since it relied on the menu input to actually enter it, but now it should be more consistent in actual gameplay.

BugfixFixes an issue with inputs which also cause Swap Mode to have issues with the Hell Toggle PC.

AdditionAdded an "About Lap Hell" mini-selection beneath the Lap Hell toggle when it's unlocked to allow for some explanation on some mechanics.

AdjustmentAdjusted the Swap Ghost and its attacks a little bit.

This should hopefully be the last bugfix/adjustment update for a week or two. We definitely want to take a small break, but will continue to look at bug reports if more pop up and work on what we can.

OverhaulI don't even have enough to list here, so here's some more important changes...

AdditionPizza Gauntlet has been moved to the Sound Test area, and its checkpoint system has been revamped. Hotfix checkpoints save your rank now, and checkpoints for The Pizza Gauntlet persist through game sessions.

Addition"Erase Data" on the file select screen now allows you to remove exclusively lapping data, so you don't have to get rid of a whole file to restart your lapping progress.

Been a while!

First things first! Yes, I'm aware of the Noise update, and have been working to port everything over.

Sadly, porting isn't the only thing I must worry about regarding the Hotfix! Porting is already being done and work is being put into testing levels for Noise, adjusting more things for Noise, as well as a special new difficulty mode I'd been putting together for the last few months. (Which is the main reason for things taking longer.)

But even with the abundance of patches coming out, bringing everything over hasn't been the hard part. TV animations, rank screens, transitions, all 'at! I don't wanna have the Noise update for this mod be dropped prematurely before proper care is put in, so testing will be going at full force as often as I can get it.

If you still wanna play Hotfix, the best I can do is ask y'all to downgrade to the version prior to Noise for now. A lot of work had been added in since the last update and sending out a patch now would be just asking for features and new things to slip through accidentally.

But for now, here's a sneak peek, showing off how porting has been, as well as a little bit of an easter egg feature hidden within... Hopefully it won't take too long, but thank y'all for being patient

A massive rehaul based on the original LAP HELL mod!

AND PLEASE, SUPPORT THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR! This mod was initially a mod of their own, but has been built to be its own thing now.

Originally starting as a fix of sorts for the Lap HELL mod, this "hotfix" ended up turning into a sorta re-haul of said mod, adding a bunch of little features, small extras, and of course, keeping it up-to-date with PT's version itself!

Now fully realized for the Noise Update (and with a new name as well), Lap Hell - Pizza Pursuit features 3 extra laps of challenging, porcupine-hating, and spirit-scaring action!

- Take on up to Lap 5, with each lap introducing a new threat or two!
- A new toggle PC with many toggles and a new LUNATIC difficulty that pushes the threats' scariness to the max with new mechanics for each!
- The ability to add in custom lapping music!
- Plenty of clothes to unlock through various means, and someone to potentially help you scout them out...
- NEW Badges for each lap completion, character, and difficulty! Try to get 'em all (if you want to)!
- Snick.exe brings in a friend to take his place if you play as Noise, with, of course, all new transitions and such for everything Noise related! (Plus some shenanigans...)
- Extra support and mechanics for Swap Mode, as well as a special extra on if you play with a friend (or foe)!
- An unlockable remade successor to the original LAP HELL mode, where you can traverse as many laps as you can while focusing on a high score! (As well as some extra threats...)
Any foes with a white trail in LAP HELL are parryable!
- Tons of other little things, just to make the experience as silly, and/or fun as possible.

If you want a challenging, nail-biting lapping experience, this is the place for you!
