Skins are glowing whenever in domain

Recently I came across this wierd thing. Whenever I am in a domain of any kind, characters that I have mods for will start to glow in white and black (only some of them, some mods don't have this problem).

Generally it happens only when I'm in the character screen, but scaramouche boss fight is an exception. Skins start to glow only when the boss is visible on screen. Can someone help me understand what may be the cause of this?
