Reduced jiggle on newer Characters?

This question is only loosely related to modding, but I figured that if there is anyone who'd be able to answer this question, it'd be modders

There's this suspicion I've had for a while now and that's that it feels like HoYoverse reduced the breast jiggle at some point. If you compare recently released Characters to old Characters (of similar shape and size), it just feels like it jiggles less. But I have no true way to test this and it really is only a suspicion or a gut feeling at this point

So, I figured I should ask someone in the know. Is it true that they reduced jiggle on newer Characters?
