This has been fixed as of 12/15/23 ('Murkan format).

og desc: I assume it'll be fixed soon and if it already is, you can use this if you really wanted to for some reason beyond my comprehension.

What appears to have happened is that during the 2023 Smissmas update valve managed to make the pyro's right hand and ONLY his right hand be his world model arm. It looks terrible, but I want to preserve it on here anyway because people are weird like that.
