Merry Christmas!!!!

This silly mods puts a santa hat on all of the interactable NPCs(albeit some I might have missed)

Warning: TECHNICAL BORING INFORMATION AHEAD FOR MOD MAKERS- REFRAIN FROM READING.

This works by using the IB to insert a new model next to the orignal. I am using the face in this case as reference. It basically lets the game draw the normal face and THEN draws the hat a bit high up- I am not providing it with weight information hence only still objects can be added in this manner and are limited by weird in blender rotations to account for the conversions the game makes later down the rendering pipeline. Feel free to read the ini for more insight on this method- It can be used to add all kinds of accesories to the character's faces. Namely glasses, jewerly, new eyebrows, an eye patch, whatever you might come up with.
