Roy joins CTGP-7 as Wiggler is no longer racing in it.

Since he's the sixth one I made, only Wendy remains. To be honest, though, I didn't initially intend on creating Wendy because someone wanted her first. So I gave them time, but should their decision change, so will do.

Remember Roy when using CTGP-7; his ability can replace that of Wiggler while negating its angry effect and providing better support overall.

He comes with voice clips and user interface (UI) elements as well as all of my other work done over time. Hope you enjoy him!
